    Hello.

I have a laptop with dual-hard drive and my current OS installed (which was Vista) suddenly crashed,

Ok now the problem is that my internal CD-Rom does not work and i want to install ubuntu on my laptop but don't know how to install it using a usb.

I also have an external DVD-ROM but i don't know how to boot from there, i already check the bios setup to see if there was an option that allow me to boot from my external dvd-rom but there wasn't.

Any help would be extremely appreciated. Thank You.
