I' ve got a problem with my Acer Aspire 1652 wlmi.
When Windows XP starts, it displays the message "ntokrnl.dll error" with a blue screen kai strange characters, and then it stucks.
I've updated the bios and when the power is on it sounds with beaps like memory error. Any idea about? is it a motherboard problem or something else?

    Please note

Try a repair install with the XP installation disk. Looks like a file corruption.
