My bootup is quite slow and trying to find the problem and solve it i downloaded bootvis. Only it isn't working the way it should. When i start a trace+driver delay the only result that i get exists of: Disk I/O, Disk Utilization and process Creates.
So on driver delay or boot activity.
Anyone any idea. I suspect it probably has something to do with a service i have disabled, but i have no idea which one. However i do notice that when bootvis is tracing and windows is started i only see a white line instead of a grey area with a blue balk(if i remember correctly)
    Thx in advance.

is one of many good reads on windows services (what is needed, what is not needed ...)

i recommend that u go back and manually perform a fine-tuning on ur start.ups apps and services first before using bootvis

    cheers ...

I will do this. Although i have done this before and i only disabled unnecessary services like remote registery, etc. The reason i thought this might be the case nonetheless is that when i googled my problem i read something about the task sheduler being a necessary services. But after i enabled it the problem still persisted.
However i also suspect it might be me doing something wrong. After the instalations i only had options standard enabled(also boot activity), but since that wasn;t enough i deleted the new profile and switched to default with all options enabled, but now (as stated in the previous post) in only get three options, so it might aswell be me.
