I've been having a problem with images not showing up in internet explorer and I want to see if anyone has heard of this!

The problem is with .gif images, but not ALL .gif images. On some web pages they will show up just fine, but on other web pages, they will show up black (no color). I really think it's a problem with IE because everything works fine in Firefox. I upgraded to IE 7, but that hasn't helped. Has anyone experienced this or heard of this? I looked on Microsoft's support website, but I can't find anything about this specifically.

    TIA!

do you have a graphics program that will tell you more about the images than that they are GIFs? Such as if it is a certain bit depth or ones that include transparency or something?
