ok: i have a Dell XPS M1330 running x64 Vista Home Premium edition

in the past, when I open Vista Media Center, the program loads up and its aspect ratio is 16:10 (widescreen)...

yesterday, I connected a projector via VGA... projector mirrors the screen display, but because the projector is 4:3, Vista Media Center goes 4:3

after i disconnected the projector.... rebooted.... now whenever i open Vista Media Center, it always opens at 4:3 in windows mode (its alright in fullscreen mode).... the only way to get 16:9(widescreen) in window mode is to drag the program resize bar .....

i've gone to settings -> calibrate monitor-> it shows me that the screen resolution is at 1280:800.... but the program itself is in 4:3 mode

I have computers running both x64 and x86, and VMC always opens in 4:3 in Windowed Mode.

i mean before i connected the projector... VMC opened in 16:9 mode
    (my laptop screen is 16:10)

now after connecting the projector and disconnecting it... it opens in 4:3 mode

is there a way to change it?
