Ok, so i have Microsoft office 2007 on my laptop. I have purchased microsoft office 2010 and when I run setup it tells me that I already have a 32 bit version of microsoft office on my pc and the 2010 copy is 64 bit. (My laptop is 64 bit, dw) So when i go to uninstall office 2007, it comes up with the following error message:

Setup cannot continue because a required file is either corrupted or not available. Run Setup again from the original source disc or download location.

Since that i have deleted every office file on my computer but it is still there!
Any help will be much appreciated, Many thanks, swannyy

Run Revo Uninstaller, that should get rid of everything that MS Office 07 remains, I ran into this problem a while ago too.

Once I had the same problem.Since I did everything and nothing worked I had to resort into re-installing the OS .Still I found traces of ms-office in the windows.old file that was created.Just in case I erased the file completely.
