Okay so I have noticed if i put my laptop on hibernation, then reboot it, I seem to have a problem

I noticed that I get 100% cpu usage while doing basic web surfing, which causes lots of lag. I tried this in FF3 and IE7, both have 100% cpu usage. I restarted the computer and this was fixed.

Whats up? Any known problems with hibernation on windows home premium 32 bit?
