    Hey

I just got a new M17x alienware last week... fresh install

But i cant see pics on the dells website http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dsn/document?c=us&dl=true&docid=6A84A558B15480BFE040AE0AB6E16C8F&journalid=6BAB41D926ECCBF8E040AE0AB6E17543&l=en&s=gen

Am i missing something to install... i checked everything such as intalling activex, adobe updates, explorere options, im new at this as you can see ( i was used to XP and this is the 1st computer that ive used vista)

Do i need some sort of java plug in etc... or just dells error (something with the website)

This happened on another computer before, and i figured it out, but i forgot...

Are other peoploe experiencing no pic on this website as well?

    thanks guys
