hey guys! I have been using Process Lasso ( http://www.bitsum.com/prolasso.php) for quite a while on my old pentium 4 win XP desktop. I found it to be a very nice program and thought that in most situations it greatly helped.

My question is whether or not it is worth running it on a dual core system under vista. Has anyone got experience with it? If so, are they postitive or negative? What would you recommend?

    Thanks in advance,

    -Da COW

I'm not sure if that program improves system responsiveness, but it would help any CPU deal more fairly when swamped with tasks. If you have had good experiences with it thus far, I suggest you keep using it.

As described on the website, the utility provides support for both _Vista and multi-core architectures, so I would imagine that it might very well help, for example, in situations where an application runs on only one core, and attempts to monopolize that core.
