I was wondering if there is a software that shows how many times the existing battery in a laptop has been charged.

I looked at those two programs but they don't provide that info I am looking for which is that how many times a battery in its life has been charged.

I don't know if battery care will show you how many cycles the battery has gone through, but you can give it a shot.

Oops sorry. That's odd though, as it advertises being able to monitor the discharge cycles. Maybe that's only from the point of installation though. Maybe BatteryMon from Passmark? I haven't used that one before so I can't attest to it.

Does the battery keep track of the number of charge cycles it has gone through in the first place. If the controller doesn't keep track of that, you're likely SOL.

Apple for example informs that their batteries can be cycled even it has reached its limit, and they have a built in software that shows that info, so I was wondering if such program also exist for Windows laptops too.

They also have built-in monitoring on a hardware level. Any Windows-based program you use will be third party and will reference the controller for that info, if it's available.
