    Program or Widget that measures internet data use?

    I am looking for a utility or widget that can monitor how much data i am using. I want to monitor how much i use normally to gauge against the 5gb cap that Sprint has created when/if i activate my sprint mobile broadband.

    I have found some but with bad reviews or none at all.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I found some but they are not free. You might want to check "NetLimiter", "Internet Traffic Agent" and "Internet Connection Counter".
