Is there a program that can record/log how much bandwidth up/down that I use? I want to run it and see how much I download/upload in one day....

    That's called: TASK MANAGER :p

Go in the Network tab. Under View > Choose columns > Received/Sent bytes or something like this. And under Options, check "Show cumulative data".

    (Sorry its in French)

i tent to agree with previous poster about using task manager, there is also processexplorer from systeminternals and "ISP moniter" which depending on your ISP can give you full stats.

The OP requested for a program - as to how he/she can monitor the bandwidth. (So, I presumed the OP was not satisfied with the Networking Window in taskmgr)

The fact is that most applications use the Network monitor to get their data. The only difference is that Network monitor is a basic tool. If you want detailed graph with peaks and cumulative data after the computer was restarded, you might want to go for a thrid party program. I just want to keep things simple and avoid installing more and more applications...

And if you don't need live data, most of the ISP provides the bandwith stats:
