Is there a program out there to make sure that the RAM of a computer is working properly?

If not, other than symptoms, are there any diagnostics that you could run in Windows?

I'm having trouble getting it to work. It says to "create an image of the unziped iso file".

Does this mean something more than copy it to CD?

You'll have to burn it as an iso image. What CD burner software are you using??

I just sent them to CD. I have a form of Nero but I don't actually see anything about "ISO". Never done that before. Would it be under the "data" CD section? Is ISO a term for "bootable"?

ISO is International Organization for Standardization. ISO 9660 is what a .iso file refers to. It's basically an organization of data on a cd-rom.

In simpler words, it's a pre-organized image file, that can be burned to a CD. That's not entirely accurate, but will probably be enough for you to understand.

OK, I need help with this one. What you are saying makes sense. I know what it is now but I am having a hard time in getting it done. I have basically ran out of CD trying to do this. I found on the Nero software where you can select an "Image Writer" so I am assuming that this is it but it does not seem to be working too well. I have tried creating it as "bootable".

You have to run the program before Windows starts right? As in a type of boot disk?

Can somebody walk me through this as if I were five years old please?

OK, thanks. I will look at that and let you know.

OK I think I see what I am doing wrong. I am thinking that the first thing burned is the actual file. I am wrong. First the "image" is burned onto the harddrive using the image creator, then you burn that image onto a CD using the data CD mode.
