    OK, this is really frustrating.

I uninstalled this program and it left a bunch of stuff in my program files. So I go to delete it and it wont. I should be able to because I'm the one and only admin/user on my computer. I tried messing with the permissions, but it still wont work. Any suggestions?

    USBRunner.

It's one of those things you download and uninstall 4 seconds later.

You can download for free, "Win dir stat".

Super easy to use and lists programs and files you thought you deleted.

Just make sure you know what it is you're deleting.

It's an easy and effective tool.

Thanks! That worked like a charm.

It told me that it was still running (after I uninstalled it).
There was actually 2 USBRunner processes in task manager, also.

    Tried rebooting?

Edit: Ninja'd!!! But seriously, I think rebooting would have worked too. :)

Should of just killed the task from task manager, then try deleting the files. It won't delete, if it's in use.

Now that the problem's been solved, I'll put in my aside: you actually aren't the only "administrator" account on your system, even if you're the only user account on it - there is a system administrative account that has even greater privileges than does an administrator's user account.
