I cannot get Fire Fox 3.0.4 to recognize the installed extension downloaded directly from Upek's website to make the Password Bank utility work. My Protector Suite is version 5.8.2 build 4414 but I keep getting an error message that says no extension is available. I have read all the threads and that extension has worked for many. I'm running XP Home SP3 on a Sager NP2096 (brand new!). Any ideas on how I can get my Password bank working?

I did read all those threads, BTW (and I have stated so in my post); but for whatever reason that remains unknown to me, the program started working. The only thing I remembered doing was restarting my computer. The times when it didn't work, I just restarted FireFox. FireFox still says that no extension exists that supports Protector Suite, however. So for those who are still having problems with this, try restarting your computer. Sounds almost too simple to be true...
