are you a student or teacher? 70$ for the academic upgrade is the best way to go thats what I did.

You can do a full/fresh install with the upgrade.

I have mentioned this several times.

I suggest you check sites that are based in your country - you'll probably run into quite a few US sites that won't ship overseas.

    OEM 110 $

    > installs to one machine and is permanently attached to it

    > no changing of a mobo, it will read as a new computer
    > stuck with only 32bit or 64bit

    Academic Upgrade 70$

    > Same as full retial

    > can install to as many computers as you ever own for your whole life and never have to buy again.

    > Gives you free access to the 64bit version and you can use eather version you want 32 wich comes in the package or 64 when you order it seperatly for free + shiping.

Sort of a no-brainer isnt it?

even if you dont quality for academic pricing its still around the same price as OEM for the upgrade.

I repeat this to everybody yet again, upgrade lets you do a full install aka a "clean install" if you dont know how to do it personally, use google.

People that pay for full price retail are sheep that were guided in the wrong direction. People that buy OEM should be system builders and selling it, or making a poor investment.
