    Greetings,

I just purchased Windows 7 Home Premium electronic upgrade online. However, I do plan on reformatting before installing the new OS. Will I be given an option to do that? Or will it simply overwrite Vista?

Also, what time on October 22nd will the product keys be provided? Thanks.

Depends. What OS do you have now? If you have a legit Vista then it will just upgrade. If you have XP, a clean install is required. If you bought from MS, then you should get an email on the 22nd, or around the 22nd.

Choose the custom install option before installing.

You should be able to do a clean install with this option.
It should get rid of vista ( you want a clean if you can)
