Well ive been using this weekly and i realized that one of my files is infected but in the end of the scan, it says there are no threats. Im quite confused.

    Here is what it says:

    File.............Result/infection..........Path
    shell32.dll............change......... C:\\windows\s...

It should be nothing to worry about. It just means that shell32.dll, which is a system file, has been change or modified since the last scan. Maybe a windows update changed it.

I got that result as well, after an update. Nothing to worry about.
