How do I check my notebook's OS if it is 32bit or 64bit? What program will I open or what part of the notebook can I find this?

If you do not know...it is probably 32 bit. Rarely does a computer come pre-installed with a 64 bit app unless specifically requested.

Did your notebook come preinstalled with WinXP or Vista? By the looks of your processor specs - C2D, you may have either if it was Vista, but I would take a strong guess and say 32-bit.

You can run either 32-bit or 64-bit OS-es.

Well I'm sure it's 32 Bit also but if you want to check just go to My Computer and right click it and click properties, it will say under System Properties.

Also try going to Start> Accessories> and System Information.

Check the serial at the bottom of your notebook. What version does it say? Also, you could go to my computer --> properties and you should see the the relevant information
