If you print from Office 2007 Home and Student Version, will it have a foot note that says something like: printed from Office 2007 Home and Student version, not for commercial use? And can I remove the foot note?

It does not print a footnote--unless you want one.

It definitely does not. :) For your everyday use, it's identical to the full version.
