    Hi...

    I bought a Home and Student version of Office 2010. This allows me to install this on 3 machines.

    Suppose I have two laptops in which I have installed this. What happens when I sell one of those two laptops? Should I remove Office and then sell the machine?

    Yes. And MSFT is usually pretty good with license transfers from machine to machine. As long as the other one is deactivated or the software is uninstalled, you should be fine. :)
