So I got my laptop with the 1 gb of internal Intel Turbo Memory, and I haven't had any issues with it up until now, and it's just a nitpicky one.
I recently installed an update for the Turbo Memory's software and now Vista is showing the 500 mb of the Turbo Memory dedicated to Readyboost as its own hard drive in 'My Computer'. That doesn't bother me, but since that entire "hard drive" (as Vista thinks it is) is dedicated to Readyboost, it appears full to Vista. Because of this, Vista is frequently telling me that it is full and that I should perform disc cleanup to free up some space there.
Now since I obviously shouldn't do that...is there a way to "hide" the NVCACHE 'hard drive' or a way to stop the constant reminders to clean it up?

I also have such a card but doesn't give me that warning at all. One half set as Ready Boost, the other as Ready Drive.

Open up the disk management tool in the computer management console. Right click on the drive and select the "Change Drive Letter and Paths..." entry. Remove the drive letter. This should stop Vista from warning you.
I had this same problem, performing the above steps fixed it for me.
