Hi all,
I am dual booting 64bit vista and 64bit W7. Well I only set 20gb aside for W7, and it's running short on space. Is it possible for me to take more space from my Vista partition with the Computer Management tool I used to make the W7 partition to begin with? Herre's what it looks like now:

Could i shrink the vista partition by say another 5-10gb, then expand the W7 partition to fill the blank area of the HDD which would appear to the left? Someone said they didn't think this was possible, but not sure what easy to use free 64bit program would allow this if I can't do it w/ computer management directly

Yeah I was trying to figure out the same thing. Im dual booting on macbook and if I go to disk utility in osx, it doesnt even show the windows partitions, but it shows the ubuntu partition and linux swap. Which every time I try to get rid of, it wont. Lol So I just use like 15gb on W7, which is at like 3gb left. Because all of the stupid programs on w7 that req trusted installer to remove.
I have all my games on external hd. -

okay well i haven't shrunk the vista partition yet in computer manager cuz i keep hearing i won't be able to expand the W7 partition to take up the blank space to the LEFT if I had to. If thats the case, i dunno if i wanna bother trying to install a disk manager software cuz i'm afraid i'd mess it up. Only way I know how to use the computer manager partition feature is cuz Lifehacker did an easy-peasy walkthru of how to do W7. Suggestions?
Question about expanding my W7 partition
