If i 3 user accounts on my laptop.......can i give access to things in my documents folder to 1 of the other user accounts but not both? If so, how do I go about doing it?

Or is the only way to do it to put all the files on the computer a second time in the documents of the other user account I want to see them? I really hope I don't have to waste all that space because it's about 95GB

Yes. You can change the permissions and enable it for the user account you want to use it for. You can set a particular folder or file to be modified/full control for one user and just as 'read' for the others. Hope this helps.

Yup. Right-click the folder, Properties, Security tab, click Edit... and play around.
