I find the tasks function very tedious to use so I use the NOTES section quite a bit for making lists.
As a result, I have a LOT of notes.
Is there any way to break them down into categories?
It would be really helpful if I could view my note in separate categories like "business", "personal" etc.

If not, are there any Outlook add-ons that add functionality to Notes and/or Tasks?

    Thanks.

EDIT: just realized I have OneNote on my computer and have never used it. Does this integrate/open up in Outlook or is it a separate program?

Right click on a note and select Categorize. One note can even be assigned to multiple categories. You can then view notes by category. You can customize the categories.

One Note is a separate program.
