I use FireFox as my internet browser. Is there any software out there or maybe a Mozilla Firefox DL where it will show how long I have been online?

    Thanks!

just open the status window of the connection you are using, it will tell you how long you have been connected to the network.

look near the clock - look for the icon that looks like a monitor with green 'waves' (screen will be flashing if your connected). Double click it. That will tell you some stuff about your current session.

Yes there is/was an extension. I used it for a while. Let me see if I can find it.

EDIT: I just found it, but it hasn't been updated for firefox 1.0.

But that doesn't tell you how long you've actually been active, that's just the life of the connection. There may be an extension you can download, I haven't looked.

Awesome, Gecko. I love statistics, so that would be cool. Too bad it doesn't support the latest version of Firefox.

Are you looking at the wireless status icon in the system tray(lower right corner)?
if you are then the wired lan icon probably won't be there. You'll have to use the control panel/network connections to see it.

Ya, I was hoping there would be a program/software where it would continously display the time on the statusbar or toolbar.

    Stats are fun.

I think this is what you want:
You can make the 10/100 wired lan icon appear in your system tray. Just click on the connection from control panel/network connections. Click on properties, and check the box that says "Show icon in notification area when connected".

I played Timesplitters 2 a lot just so I could see my stats rise. I also like GTA because the stats are in depth.

Anyone know of any other game with good stats? Maybe a few racing games with odometers?

Well Unreal Tournament had a great ngstats thing. But only if you could get it working. It was really great. Displayed stats on every multiplayer match you had. It had stats that you would never need.

I guess this will do. I click on the icon and click "status". It tells me how long I have been online. I wanted something that would actually display the time. Oh well.

    Thanks guys!

Thanks for all the feedback guys.

I just downloaded StatBar. It is great, it shows how long I've been connected, CPU usage, RAM usage, and more. I recommend it!

I have stat bar too, and its very useful. It shows your uptime which is the time since you've rebooted, not the time you've been online though.

HaHa, I figured that out. I thought it was the online time. Nevertheless, it's a great add-on.
