I've been doing a lot of reading about onenote and had a couple questions for those whom use it daily. I am a student and really need the capability to use typing and handwritten input, which I know onenote has. Most importantly, I need to be able to bring in information from other office products and pdf's. For example, currently I print out my class notes which come to me as MS powerpoint in a PDF. I print them out and make my notes on them in class. What I would like to inevitably do is go paperless. So I would like to be able to import a powerpoint presentation or PDF file and make notes on it directly via text or handwriting. Can onenote do this? Also evernote allows you to take pictures with your cell phone and insert them into your notes, does onenote have similar capabilities?
Also how well does onenote recognize chemical substances and math equations? Especially subscripts and superscripts.
Thank you for your help.
