This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Quick IE 8 Question

    A few weeks ago I was adjusting the settings on IE 8 and somehow I made it so that it deletes my browser history every time I close the application. Now I've decided that I don't want it to do that anymore, but I can't for the life of me find that option anywhere now. Does anyone know where I can find that option to disable it? Thanks!

    Tools, internet options, general, uncheck delete browsing history on exit.
