Are there any references where i can find quick keys for such actions as "show desktop" and "switch between windows?"

i use alt+tab but that doesnt activate the "switch btwn windows" like i had hoped....

    any other tricks?

also, i am use to have the run command available from the start menu but i havent figured out how to do that in vista yet....any insight on this?

Win-Q doesn't do anything on mine either. Guess you need Office 2007 installed.
