Tor. Raaaaarrrr!! I'm strong! I have anonymity!!!

Well if I use Tor to send out e-mails -- does it mask my email IP??

    How to change email IP?

Well, pops any IP communication through multiple other systems, so it'll encrypt email traffic as well. It doesn't work only for web surfing.

    Weird...

I'm testing it out by sending an email to a friends server.

and he and I can re route it back to me.

I'm testing everything out because I have a thread here in Software "For the PC user: Security..." and I want to know everything I'm going to be writing about and updating to that guide.
