    Hi there,

I know this will sound like a really dumb question to many of you, but I'm confused! I'm looking to buy a laptop and one of the ones I'm looking at comes with:

"Genuine Windows XP Pro with Vista Business License"

Does the fact that I would have the Vista Business license mean I could upgrade for free at any time or would I have to pay something to upgrade?

    Thanks,

    K

Upgrade for free, shouldn't cost you any. In fact, it should come with a Vista DVD in the box for when you want to use it.

Yep, you are actually getting two licenses with that computer. One for xp and one for vista.
