Im contemplating buying PerfectDisk 10 for $30 (about £18 in "proper" money) but I was wondering if a free alternative such as Defraggler would give me exactly the same kind of performance?

just use defraggler for a while. for me, it was reason to drop perfectdisk. so i'd say yes. but that was back in hdd land *smile*
Quick question, how does Defraggler compare to PerfectDisk 10?
