    hi all,
i have HP pavilion DV6 series laptop with Windows 7 Home premium OS. It has quick launch buttons for sound control and wireless lan enable. :(
Recently, the buttons have stopped working.. I don't know or remember what setting i have changed...
They work until before logging in to PC, they stop working after that..
When i check in Task Manager, i can see the QLBCTRL.exe running, which is the Quick Launch Button Application.

Some one please help me in resolving this issue..

    Thanks in advance.. :)

Hi, this problem can be very easy to fix, or very difficult! Does your display brightness keys still work?

Anyway, first thing to try: download the latest HP Quick Launch Buttons, uninstall the old qlb, restart pc, install new qlb, restart pc.
