Hi guys, Ive had this problem for quite a long time I guess I just havent been bothered to get it sorted!
Basically, when RMClock is set to run at start-up on Vista 64 bit, it causes some sort of delay with the rest of the start-up items loading. For instance, on a normal start up, everything would be loaded pretty quickly after login, say 20 second. When RMClock is set to run at start-up, everything is much slower taking say a minute, and during this time the computer is not very responsive.
Does anyone know if there is a fix for this?
One idea I had was to perhaps delay the running of RMClock until say 30 seconds had passed and the rest of the start-up items had loaded correctly. Does anyone have the knowhow as to give me some information on how to do this?
Or perhaps someone else can come up with another solution??

their are some issues with vista 64 abd RMCLOCK. Did u do the device driver signing stuff and all that? Check out the rmclock forums for "vista 64".

Yeah got the signed drivers, I dont think it installs properly without them.
Thanks for the reply -
I guess nobody knows about this then??
Time to make a new thread and investigate how to set RMClock to run 30 seconds after login.
