Hi guys, I’ve had this problem for quite a long time I guess I just haven’t been bothered to get it sorted!

Basically, when RMClock is set to run at start-up on Vista 64 bit, it causes some sort of delay with the rest of the start-up items loading. For instance, on a normal start up, everything would be loaded pretty quickly after login, say 20 second. When RMClock is set to run at start-up, everything is much slower taking say a minute, and during this time the computer is not very responsive.

Does anyone know if there is a fix for this?

One idea I had was to perhaps delay the running of RMClock until say 30 seconds had passed and the rest of the start-up items had loaded correctly. Does anyone have the knowhow as to give me some information on how to do this?

Or perhaps someone else can come up with another solution??

I guess nobody knows about this then??

Time to make a new thread and investigate how to set RMClock to run 30 seconds after login.
