I have been having this problem for a little while now. I've have had it since I re-installed windows vista. I have been having a random "Memory Management" BSODs. Now before I contact Alienware Support, I want to know some of your ideas before I contact them. Can I re-install my RAM fresh myself? Is there any type of update or driver I need for it? If you have any ideas I will greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I don't get what you mean by "Can I re-install my RAM fresh myself?". Do you mean taking it out and putting it back in again? Sure, you can do that but if it is defective, I dont' see how that would change anything unless it wasn't seated properly.
