I just recently restored my laptop to Factory settings. Every 30-40 minutes, I would hear a clicking sound (same sound you'd hear when you're opening a folder) about 5 times and my cursor would appear as if its loading something. Then it would simply stop as if nothing happened. I checked my task manager and nothing seems to be on.

I turned off all my extension in Chrome.

    Any help would be appreciated.
