I am at the end of my rope here. Here is my problem: On any flash video site, if I stream video, the video works fine for a few minutes, but will stop buffering at a certain point and never recover. If I seek to any part of the video, it doesn't help, its as if my connection has been cut off (but it hasn't). Only refreshing the page fixes the issue. I can download large files (from megaupload.com etc) fine - I don't ever lose connection, and the downloads never stops. I play games online for hours with not connection issues. It only happens when streaming. I have another PC connected to the same router, but it doesn't have this problem (so its not a NAT/router issue). The other PC is running the same OS, and the same browser. The issue happens in Firefox, IE, and Chrome.

Things I've done to try to fix this:

    -updated chrome
-updated flash (not necessary as chrome already keeps it updated)
    -uninstalled/reinstalled flash
-increased the size of the player's cache to unlimited
-disabled hardware acceleration in the player

HELP! I can't watch the comedy network (I love Colbert and The Daily Show) and its killing me!

Update your graphics card drivers. New versions of flash use the GPU for acceleration, so that may be what you're running into.
