Currently in the process of upgrading to Windows 10 Enterprise KMS Activated, everything is installed properly on a spare 500GB 850EVO.

    Full UEFI, secure booting disabled.

I wonder what's the best utility to migrate to a my main SSD, probably even a 960 Pro in the future?

Heard of macrium reflect but also heard good things about Acronis?

Would love to hear some feedback on this, time is not an issue.

    Thanks in advance.

Acronis is the best in my opinion and it now works with x86 UEFI in the latest versions, A lot of Tablet PC use x86 Bios, though ATI is not cheap.

The only free one is free/crippled version of Macrium as you have mentioned.

Avoid Acronis like the plague. Macrium Reflect FTW

I'll probably do it this friday when I get all my important files backed up.

I still have some files scattered over Win7, so in the process of cleaning up.

Thanks a lot though, I'll hit you up when the time comes.

If you want to use the software on Windows 10 just reinstall the software so you will prevent errors - cloning software will not help. I reinstalled my Win7 on my Win10 install and have no problems running them in Win10.

Have a go also with Paragon Hard Disk Manager. I've performed countless cloning, imaging, backup, restore tasks with it with all varieties of computers, NEVER failed me :)

Find this hard to believe especially when switching O/S cloning will not work as you will be missing sys files and redirects will not be the same locations.

Of course, doing a proper sysprep before making an image and deploying it to other workstations IS necessary ;)
But this is sysadmin talk, I only meant to say that whatever I threw at Paragon, it never failed me :) It should be rock stable for home use - backup, restore etc.
