I was wondering if there is a way to recover items that you have deleted from your computer even after you have emptied the Recycle Bin?

Recuva or PC Inspector File Recovery works well. The longer it's been since you emptied the bin, the less chance of the files still being intact. Also if you've done a defrag since you emptied it you probably won't be able to get the files back at all.
