Does Quicksys Reg Defrag work fine on Windows 7?
-
It might work, but there's virtually nothing to gain by running it or any registry cleaner/fixer/defragger. Removing dead/broken entries from the registry won't improve performance measurably.
However, there is a chance that such a program will break something by removing/altering something it shouldn't.
