Most people will prob get the Upgrade version of Windows 7 since its cheaper. It will let you install Windows 7 over an existing Windows.

Does anyone know if you can reinstall Windows 7 using the Upgrade disc after you have installed Windows 7? In other words, let say you installed 7 and screwed up. Will you have to install XP again, and then use the 7 Upgrade?

No, you don't have to install xp again. I installed it on a fresh partition today, the only thing I had to do was run the installer twice to get it to accept my product key.
