Get one of the Windows 7 ISO's here matching your specific version and burn it to either on a DVD or an USB stick using the Windows DVD/USB Tool. Given that you have Windows 7 already you can back up your Windows activation using the ABR Backup and Restore tool and restore it after a reinstall so you don't need to input the serial key and call Microsoft to activate. Also make sure you download the graphics and ethernet/wireless drivers and back this up as a bare minimum too.

the barcode key/sticker on the base of my clevo is not the same as the operating system key.
might be worth downloading magic jelly keyfinder first to get all the keys of your original hard drive first and then follow the above steps to burn an iso -
As long as you are reinstalling the same windows 7 version that was on your laptop previously (likely home premium), the key code on the sticker at the botton of your PC will activate windows with no issues.
Download the ISO from here:

I would recommend you follow Hearst's advice and download Windows 7 from the net.
However, I would also advise you slipstream SP1 and all of the updates onto it, and then put it all on a USB stick (so you could install from there - since its faster).
when installing Windows, make sure to get/install the Windows 7 (SP1 included of course) edition (Home Premium, Enterprise, Ultimate, or whatever) your laptop came with... as the edition is important because your activation key (on the back of the laptop) is tied to it, whereas you can pick/choose between 32bit or 64bit (I would go for 64bit) since the key is not dependent on that.
