Hi guys! Well I finally caved and purchased my first laptop!

Picked up the dv7t from Costco!

It has 2 250GB Hard drives!

I am annoyed with all the extra software that came with the OS, so I would love to do a full reload of the OS and start from scratch!

I am sure this has already been discussed, but any help would be much appreciated.

I was also wondering if the fact that this is the 64 bit version if it makes the reload process any more difficult.!

    Thanks guys!
    Rod

64 bit vista won't make the install process any more difficult, it's the same as 32 bit version.

Might be an idea to get the drivers first and save them to your non os hdd then when you install vista again you have them to hand when you need to install them. Can't really think of anything else, .
