is there anything that will "remind" me to do things during the day...like a datebook, but it will alert me when i have to remember to do something..take medicine at 8pm...etc..

looking for something preferably free, and easy to use..

no go, i do not have a PDA, and i would have no other use for it..carrying a laptop/bag/accessories/phone/books...i dont need a pda lol..just looking for some software that can help me out. and as for writing something down..it will not alert me to do something..it will only work if i remember to reread it.

    thanks

Yes, Outlook will do the job for anyone who has it on 100% of the time...like me. Yet if you don't need it, it can be burdensome heavy on RAM.
I suggest searching the Free Software thread for links to free sites. There are many free organizers there.
