Is it possible to have remote access of an external hard drive connected to a computer? What is a good program for this if it is possible?
    Thank you

Remote access is to the computer, not the HDD. If the peripheral (HDD) is hooked up to the computer then you should have remote access to it. gotomypc or some other program will allow you remote access to your computer. once your in then you can access all of the things as if you were there. you may have to change your settings in vista as well. i don't allow remote access for security reasons so its a toss up.
