Is there anyway for me to upgrade to Remote Desktop Connection Terminal Services Client 6.1 from 6.0 on a Vista PC without upgrading to SP1?

Why don't you want to upgrade to SP1? SP1 is great.

Here you go, extracted from SP:

EDIT: Not 100% sure if this was extracted from XP SP3 or Vista SP1 since the person who extracted it didn't say, so I don't know if it will work, but I checked the main file in my XP SP3 and Vista SP1, they are the same file size with the same file version 6.0.6001.18000 (longhorn_rtm.080118-1840). Anyway, give it a try.
