I can't seem to delete an empty folder from my Extern hard drive. It keeps telling me that the the folder does not exist. That is stupid. I am looking at this very moment. How it tell me that it does not exist when I can see it? Bill Gates tends to **** me off everyday...

Any how can someone please tell me how to delete this folder? I even try restarting the system but I cannot delete the folder.

Run a virus-scan. Also try Unlocker/Eraser to get rid of that folder.

Thank you kindly Andy. I will give it a try. Do you have any idea why it does this? Just like to know, out of curiosity, so as to understand the system better.

Maybe try a restart? Refresh the view?

It can happen that your view isn't refreshed - the file is deleted, but still displays.

You try to delete it again and get an error.

    (Happened to me)
