Just wanted to pass this along. I needed to reload my Windows 7 Ultimate, and for some bizzarre reason the discs went bad. I asked about it on this site, and a (for me) complex but free download was an option. It turns out, though, that you can call Microsoft and as long as you have the key AND the box (you will need a number off of a box insert), you can get replacement discs sent to you for about $29, including shipping. I went this route. Just wanted to pass it on.

Thanks for the info but building your own legal copy of Windows 7 is very easy.
