Okay, so two really easy questions. I just cant find/figure them out.

First, how do I set it to require a password on waking up from sleep mode? I can't freeking find it!

And then my other issue is if i am torrenting and close my screen to let it sit and DL, the downloads go to like 4kb/s after a few mins, but if i sit using it its like 800kb/s. My computer does not sleep or anythin when the screen is closed, only turns the screen off.
    Thanks

EDIT: I feeel stupid. I found the sleep password. But hte download thing... weird. help?

Only thing about the downloading I can think of is to make sure your ports are forwarded.

Instead of closing the screen (I assume you mean closing the lid), why not just turn off the display?

Possibly some sort of power-saving feature where your wi-fi throttles down? I think there might be something like that if you go into the advanced window of Power Properties.
