I performed a full reset with cleaning both drives. Windows still freezing.
At a loss.
After the reset a message appeared that all files could not be deleted. Do not know if that is the issue. Issue seemed to begin when new wireless keyboard was installed.

What are your CPU/GPU temperatures during normal use?
What if you do not use the new wireless keyboard and use a standard wired keyboard?
Does Windows freeze when you are doing anything specific, or just random or idle at the desktop?
Depending on what reset option you selected, it might be perfectly normal for it not to delete certain files.
Exactly what system do you have? Is anything overclocked or, if not, are you using custom settings of any kind or BIOS defaults?
Have you checked the drive(s) or memory for errors? -
Never perform hard reset or factory reset using Win 10. They screw up things more than just fix it. Use a USB flash drive to clean install Win 10.
Reset and Windows still freezes
